Yum Balam is a development that consists of apartments, pent-house and amenities. The project aims to be a trigger for the community and tourism. It has the Environmental Impact Manifestations (MIA) and the authorization of Semarnat. Since Holbox Island is a natural site with incredible attractions of the same nature, at different stages of the year.
The materials have a positive impact on the environment, functioning as an ideal vernacular in the area. The project is divided into four quadrants, with two buildings facing the sea and the other two, towards Laguna Yalahao.
The central circulation axis distributes to the departmental towers and centralizes the amenities. The vertical circulation crosses the departments and concludes with the roof, which offers visuals of natural charm.
