This project is an apartment building and penthouse, with the possibility to alternate between commercial or residential market on the first level. It is located in Holbox, one of the most important islands in the state of Quintana Roo for its abundant nature.
The proposal is resolved in a simple volume; the materials mark the natural emphasis and give visual continuity to the landscape. The structure is maximized, forming the grid and exposing the modulation; consequently, the presence of the building is consolidated.
After raising the first level, we located the apartments on the second level and crowned with the penthouse on the last level. The functional core is located at the center of the volume, creating external circulations. Natural integration can be observed by the railings and floating gardens, resulting in one of the most visually satisfying experiences.
